Every time I take my Volvo to this Marietta location, I know that they will take great care of my car and give me honest advice on what needs to be done to keep the car in tip top shape. The waiting area is comfortable, well stocked with snacks, has a large flat screen TV, and a chose of seating to accommodate if you have to get some work done on the computer or just want to lounge in a comfy chair. In my four years of getting my car serviced, not one complaint.
We never use anyone else, for both our newer and older Volvos. From service reception to clear explanations of work needed vs. work possible, we have found Volvo Marietta to be both conscientious and trustworthy. We completely trust Kevin Greening and the service staff with all of our family's auto needs.
This dealer appears to have damaged the car in some way over the course of repairs. We initially took the car in for replacement of an axle (grinding - roaring noise). It required 3 trips in before the manager test drove with us and acknowledged that the axle required replacement. However, after the axle repair we started to hear a popping noise when stress is placed on the suspension (bumps, braking, accelerating from stop). 2 more trips in , plus the placement of "brackets" with no resolution. I expect the problem will continue to get worse until the cause becomes very obvious. I suppose our only recourse is to take it someplace else to find out what this dealer did to it.
I recently purchased a 2017 Volvo XC 60 from Tony at Volvo of Marietta. I can CONFIDENTLY say he was by FAR the very BEST car salesman I have EVER dealt with. I promised him I would sing his praises, as well as that of the dealership because they were just SO wonderful. They are SO INCREDIBLY pleasant to deal with when buying a car and the MOST fair when it comes to working you a deal. You don't haggle back and forth and you walk away knowing you were treated the way a consumer should be. I can't say enough good about them-- if I could give them 10 stars I would!! Make your next car a Volvo and go see Tony-- tell him Marian sent you! I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! In fact, you'll probably turn into a loyal Volvo customer-- just as I have!!
