He went above and beyond to find the car that met the choices I needed. He is a very responsible salesperson and I know this because I used to be in car sales myself. The finance officer Roberto was very helpful also. No pressure and the whole transaction couldn't have gone easier. Jimmie Wilson did a good job with our recent purchase of our Toyota 4Runner. My first sales experience with Jimmie and Marietta Toyota. I compared with two additional dealerships and Jimmie was the most attentive and professional. We bought through the Costco Auto Program and Jimmie found the right 2017 4Runner SR5 of our choice. The 4Runner pickup was smooth and 0% financing quick. We had two minor glitches one of which was resolved. Technology cable $69.00 bundle was not in the glove box and the dealership promised to send separately (though not received as of 10/29/17). Secondly the installed running boards were okay however not the ones I thought we would receive installed on the 4Runner. The running boards are fine .....just not what I thought we would have installed. Lastly Jimmie was quick to respond to my request for help in turning off anti-slippage feature, the day after purchase. Would I buy from Jimmie Wilson again? absolutely! Thank you Jimmie Wilson for handling our recent purchase, I have been told I am a tough buyer seeking the best value and price and you took me across the finish line. Purchased 2017 Sienna with a fantastic deal..Rick Knoll made my day!!! Not only he was patient but very informative and detailed about the car. He showed me all the features in the car and taught me how to use them as well. I've had bad experience with other Toyota dealers but people at Marietta Toyota treat you like a family.
