Upon arriving around 2pm on Saturday, I was quickly greeted by Orlando, who was both knowledgeable and engaging. He took his time showing me a multitude of different coupes, and we finally decided to test drive the Continental GT. On the test drive Orlando went through all the features of the car as if he had studied the vehicle for years. When we returned it was close to 4pm, but he promised he could get the car detailed, swap on some new rims, and sold to me by 6pm. I was impressed by the speed and easiness of the transaction. I came back the following day when I had more time and Orlando was happy to go over all of the features of my car.
I also worked with Jerry Bates in the finance department. He also made the transaction extremely easy and quick. I appreciated his professionalism.

He not only explained everything to my understanding, but also helped me through the entire out of state purchase process. He did not at any time refer me to someone else fro example from a different department. Everything was clear, not rushed and very well accommodating. i have bought cars many times, both in and out of state, and this was by far my best experience. I had a great experience with Mike and his team. Negotiation online was painless and they were more than willing to get the car to a local shop for a PPI. Mike was also always available for my questions in the week following up to my pickup. The ride from the airport was nice and we were in and out of the dealership in ~30 minutes. Best of all, I noticed an issue with the convertible top on my way home with the car, and Mike & Brian had it fixed at a shop local to me no questions asked. They provided assistance before I even asked for it. I love my new car and I would definitely do business with this dealer again in the future!
They have vehicles that are priced pretty reasonable. I just wish their follow up was better. Once again, great place for the vehicle and if the dealership owes you for anything, make sure you get a We Owe or you might not get it.
