Update; bad experience. Customer service was ridiculous. Needs improvement.
Don't get financed with them! They are a scam and have overpriced vehicles!!! You may pay double for a vehicle that is not worth it. Also, they won't work with you and then the passtime device is ridiculous but I never had to worry about it because I made my payments on time. Just be patient because good things comes to those who wait. Wish I did..
I think people get used cars and assume that the dealers are responsible for everything that could possibly go wrong. Sometimes it has nothing to do with the dealership but the make/model of the car itself. My car came with the warranty and the management team advised on everything that the warranty covered and did not cover. Asking questions is key to everything!
What can I say about this amazing team??? First they are so family/friendly. Every team member was very nice and each of them spoke to me! Charles Williams was my sales consultant and he did such an amazing job. I didn't know about the layaway plan but after Mr. Williams & Cedric (Manager) explained it to me....I made my initial layaway deposit! I'm overly excited that I will be driving off with MY car in 2 weeks! Best service ever!!! I'm very pleased

Was able to get me a car. It was fast and no hassle. The sales person James Jackson was awesome.
I can honestly say I've had an amazing experience with US Auto - Marietta location. My salesmen Clint Stevens was there to assist me every step of the way. My biggest pet peeve is waiting in dealerships with no idea if you are approved or not. This was not the experience I received when I walked through the doors. My car was cleaned and all details of my loan were spelled out for me. I've had my car since Aug 2014 and I have not had any trouble with it besides regular maintenance as some of the other people mentioned. I am actually going into to see about purchasing my second car from them!
Looking forward to doing business with them again soon!
