Alex took such great care of us today. We were so impressed with how we were treated as adults when other dealerships acted as if we were children who didn't know anything. I recently found myself unexpectedly in the market for a new vehicle when my car was totaled in a crash. I was looking forward to the shopping experience with all the enthusiasm generally reserved for a root canal when I came across the listing for a vehicle online directing me to this dealership on South Cobb Drive. I contacted them and heard back in less than 10 minutes from Alex – an internet sales specialist. I went to take a test drive and encountered a completely pressure-free experience. Alex even encouraged me to have the vehicle reviewed by my personal mechanic. I did so and confirmed the car was in great shape mechanically with some minor body work issues (dings and minor scratches that had been repaired) which can be reasonably expected with a used vehicle. James, the finance manager, did an excellent job in obtaining financing for me and I even have a warranty. I was so pleased with my experience here and if you ever find yourself in need of a used auto (either by design or unfortunate circumstance!) I absolutely recommend checking out this dealership.
I don't think words can explain how HAPPY I am with my new car and this dealership as a whole!!1 I was able to find a car that I love from their amazing selections of vehicles. I had a very affordable down payment and my monthly payment is BELOW what I originally budgeted for!. James and Alex were both friendly and helpful. James make me feel comfortable and was VERY honest and straight forward with me. I would NOT change a single thing about this process or this dealership. His customer service was FANTASTIC, and he didn't make me feel pressured or rushed. He took the time to answer every question, paid attention to detail, and represented the company well. I will definitely recommend this dealership to prospective buyers. I truly believe James put my best interest first and that is appreciated when making such a stressful choice.
The owner is terrible and rude he sucks basically but his employees are pretty good but their boss makes them look bad. They’re unprepared and terrible with communication
