I have been going to T&C for as long as I can remember. I can't bring myself to use or trust anyone else. Dr. Jordan is absolutely amazing with our babies. The whole staff is like family to us. They always take time and step out from behind the counter to say hello. All of the doctors are truly exceptional, you cannot go wrong with any of them that you see. If you want the best for your pet, then this is the only place you need to go!

The vet was good, personable and knowledgable. The front desk staff, however, will sit there and chat amongst themselves and not acknowledge you at all when you walk in. Eventually a tech will call you back if you've made an appt.
I've been coming to T&C West for 18 years. Dr Egins was my pet's vet and I felt so fortunate to have her care for them. About 3 yrs ago, I moved away and the drive to T&C West was long and it stressed my pets to the point I felt I should move to a closer vet. That was my first mistake. My dogs were terrified to go to the new vet and had never behaved like that at west, then the vet was unfriendly and only made the situation worse. I decided a longer drive wasn't too much to ask when the quality of care was so much better. After being gone almost 3 years, I made my first trip back to west yesterday with my Catahoula and the minute I saw Dr Jordan, I ran up and gave her a big hug. Me and my boys are back were we belong and I'm never leaving again. This is a place that truly cares for your pet and will spend as much time as necessary with them. A few years ago, I made the heart wrenching decision of euthanizing my dog, Sydney. When I adopted Syd, she was a little baby and Dr Egins gave her her first shots and when it was time to let her go, even though it was Dr Jordan doing the procedure, Dr Egins stopped what she was doing, came in our room, hugged me and Syd and promised not to leave us. She sat next to me, held onto me and I cried, watching Syd take her last breath. Dr Jordan was professional but also kind and caring, knowing my heart was broken. That's how these people are - huge hearts and a genuine concern for your pet. I've learned the hard way, sometimes location and saving time isn't always better.
