This is a great place for a week long stay or longer. It's reasonably priced, and the management staff is excellent! I would recommend Cumberland Lodge to anyone looking for comfortable lodging in the Marietta- Smyrna area.
They don't never have rooms unless they know you personally because they say they have rooms but you show up like 2 mins you just called now but when you get there oh we have nothing but you be like I just called and y'all said you did so stay away from here please for your own good
Some rooms have been renovated. Looks nice clean and cozy inside. Most rooms still has old furniture and hasn't been upgraded at all. There is a waiting list. Because they don't always have rooms available. Also it is quiet most of the time. Crime isn't high here. But you still need to watch your surroundings and play it safe.
Been calling for over a month and they always say they don't have any rooms. My mother in law love over there and she has seen many rooms available.
Remodeled rooms are decent. Some roaches but not horrible. Overall it's good--way better than their local competition.
