And when I was checking in someone called and about the cameras and do they work. The worker infront of me replied with joy that “the cameras do Not work but they have security in the parking lot”. Well, ma’am I need security inside too. So if someone was stuffed on a freezer we wouldn’t know oh.
Great place to stay. Staff is always friendly and extremely helpful from the desk staff to the cleaning crew to the staff at the restaurant. Hotel is always clean and feels safe. Parking lot is well lit. I stay here because we get a corporate rate, but if it was a choice, I'd still pick this hotel.
Stayed here two nights and it was very pleasant. Rooms are very clean and there was no Indian smell when I entered the building. However, there’s NO Microwave In The Room!!!! Why? Anywho, the staff you rarely see and for me that’s awesome. It’s very quiet and there’s a lot of people here. No continental breakfast though. You may want to go to the drury inn witch is next door.
Stopped in for a quick overnight stay while driving through. Booked last minute and got a great rate. Room was extremely clean and they had our pack and play set up in the room as requested. Only negative is that when we tried to check in around midnight, the employee stopped checking us in in order to field a phone call from corporate Marriott regarding what seemed to be a non-critical issue. It could have been late and we were extra crabby from a long drive, but it seemed a little unprofessional to basically ignore us in the middle of a transaction to talk to another Marriott employee for 5 minutes...
What a great place. We decided to get some privacy around midnight. My mom living with us and our 19 yr old, you just don't get the one on one time you really need, ya know?! So we packed a couple of things n snacks n drinks n took off in the hunt for a nice place to stay the night. We ended up at the Courtyard, checked in at 2:30 am ,they were even nice enough to prorate for time. We were like teenagers, we never slept n had the best time being together alone!! We checked out the huge Firepit out in the courtyard, the pool n played with all the exercise equipment, he showed off for me too, he he he!! The hotel was great, everyone was nice n even understanding with our need for playtime privacy. I think they enjoyed us too, laughing at us! We've decided to come back here at least once or twice a month for "US TIME" it was soooooo what the doctor ordered!
We stayed at this hotel for a Perfect Game tournament. First the breakfast we were provided as part of our agreement was terrible. They had multiple groups utilizing a conference room for these breakfasts. There was not enough room for everyone in the room and not enough food. There were multiple days we did not get our room cleaned because they would not show up until very late in the day and we were already back from tournament. Also, they placed erroneous charges to credit cards and refused to refund even after it was proved the charges were incorrect. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel.
