My room was not ready when I got there. They do not have pots or pans. There is also no iron or ironing board. The room was very unpleasant. Plug outlets had no cover and old dirty torn up furniture.it does not look like the website.
Worst! Place to go to for one day event or just a stationary stay. The cleaning lady(s) don't do there job. They claim there not bilingual, the staff is horrible one lady is completely lazy and she just started working here. The other just smart but in reality mainly everyone stay to there self. No-one is really a bother. It's just staff drives you crazy. U pay all this money with no happy ending. Well thanks!
No longer Crestwood suites its Intown suites now
During my stay some of the other guests were receiving 'automated messages' over the phone telling them to come to reception to collect their lucky prize, pay their PPV porn bill or to leave the premises for violating the crestwood suites memorandum. Sometimes these eviction notices were sent in the middle of the night. It was all very funny. There is also a hobo living here named Crystal.
They wouldn't give us clean towels and they ran out of tissue paper.
