Terrible feeling to pay 60 dollars to have someone put a bunch of scratches on your car. Will post some pics later.
Horriable horriable service. I come all the way from Buckhead to get my car washed. I have used them for years and never an issue. They did the job of a 3 year old if that. When I told them I was not at all happy the Weber said I don’t give money back. I didn’t have time to wait for them to re wash it. I was not offered a free wash nothing all she kept saying is “I never give money back”. I will never go there again. I spent $40.00 and my new born could have done a better job washing a car.
Located inside an old drive thru automated car wash attached to chevron this husband and wife team personally oversee every wash done by hand and nitpick every detail the employees handle.
Done quickly never rushed and always with a smile.
However, I also asked for a wax. When I picked up the car, there were literally ~20 white scratches on the car (trunk, roof, door). I am sure it was not already there b/c I had just replaced the trunk at a body shop 2 wks prior. And the marks are obviously from the spinning wax application tool.
Everything I wanted a hand wash service to do is covered without asking at the best rate around.
I can not recommend it enough.
I brought in my Black Audi A4 a couple weeks ago. The wash itself was fine.
To be fair, the car was really dirty when I brought it in, but they are supposed pros and should not use the wax machine unless they have the car totally clean. Either the equipment had sand/dirt in it which scratched the car or they didn't wash the car well enough to remove all sand/dirt before waxing.
I prefer this place for hand wash very reasonable prices in Smyrna area. And they have one free service for every 5 services.
Good work. For a good price. I am very picky about where I take my car and this place gets my stamp of approval, trust me. Plus if you want to put on a little spray wax of your own after the car wash just pull up under the gas station awning.
We originally lived in the neighborhood now I drive 30 minutes to get my wash and wax.
