After pointing 10 different places to be cleaned, got a response saying that it's a simple cloth wash and you yourself can do it
I have used this company before, but this location for the first time. The car was cleaned but not very well. Missed a bunch of areas. I was in a rush and not in a mood to have things corrected. There are many other car washes. And this one is not for me.
Worst car wash ever seen. Bought a detailed one and don't think they know the meaning of the word 'detailed'?
2nd visit to this location, and the last. Claims hand drying of the vehicle, but is blown dry instead, leaving water drops that will spot because they are not hand wiped until 10-15 minutes later. Found obvious dirty spots that the cleaners, with their young eyes, claimed not to see at all (I picked up one of their cloths to finish up all the spots that they missed). Left waxy stains on my rubber trim, didn't swipe the rubber on the wiper blades.
For some reason, the manager was not on site.
Very kind associates. Hard working staff. Your car will get clean here.

Stopped by today for the $26 special (interior and exterior) and I couldn't be more happier. These guys did a fantastic job and seemed to get most (all) of the dog hair out of the back. If there was one thing this location could do better it would be upgrade their credit card readers to support Apple/ Android pay. I had my credit card number stolen from this location several years ago and I was very disappointed to see the cashier continuing to swipe mine (and others) credit cards. It's 2017. I have a chip card. There's no excuse now. Or at the very least support NFC payments and let my phone generate a unique card number for my transaction. So help me if my card number gets stolen again this 5 star review is going straight to one.
Biggest complaint? Their drive-thru car wash somehow stripped the valve stem caps from both right hand side tires. At first they tried to convince me that the car came in that way - but I had just come from a service appointment at Nalley Toyota, and before I left there had personally checked all four tires myself. Following was a lot of busywork and paperwork involved to "try" to compensate me for what would have cost them $3 to get and replace, from an auto store less than a block away, and they refused to even simply rebate the $3. -- after 45 minutes with no resolution, I decided cut my losses and never return, and simply post of my experience instead.
