It's a car wash, it gets the car clean with no fuss.... I like that they give you a micro cloth at the beginning to wipe down interior bits. That's good service.
The thunder falls did a good job washing my car - still a few bug splats that I had to get off. It's nice that you can use the vacuums for as long as you need and there's plenty of spaces so you don't feel rushed.
After going through the first time, I had something that would not come off my car and it was still quite dirty. The gentleman came over and helped to wipe it down, after that they allowed me to go through to the wash again to ensure my car was clean. They showed exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
