Butch is simply the best. I wouldn't trust my Lexus to any other mechanic. He actually tries to save me money. The whole Takata airbag debacle has me flustered, but my husband says we should stick with Lexus just because of Butch. I'm glad I found him because the free cappucinos at Nalley aren't worth the price of admission.

Butch is the most honest (and skilled) mechanic I've ever dealt with. I've taken 3 priuses I'm looking to purchase to him and he's found issues that no one else has. He's familiar with hybrids and is knowledgeable about anything you can ask him. If you have any doubts about going here, I suggest you give him a call and ask to talk before you do. He would never recommend you do anything that would unnecessarily cost you money. I just went in to get my brakes changed because I thought it might be time, but instead of lying to make profit, butch told me I had several thousand more miles and gave a timeline of when to come back in and check and advice for looking myself. Great business, great people. Honest and full of integrity.
