I called about an estimate to get a repair and one thing was quoted and when i went there they increased the price about a 100 dollars.
This Firestone store has been caring for my car for more than 15 years. One big benefit of Firestone is that are nationwide. When I ha e had problems out of state the dealer there can view my repair records.

I will just say this: The guys (and gals) there always treat me right. Look for discounts to lower my bill. Take care of me and my cars. Recommend getting the lifetime services like alignment and balancing if you plan to keep your car a while. Quite the bargain. I've had it on our Murano for almost 10 years. Pays for itself. Just did it for the Ford pick-up: Something like $39.95 one time and $69.95 lifetime. Ask for pricing.
I have been a Firestone customer for over three or four years until today. I came to Firestone at 9 AM this morning and I wanted my tires checked and I wanted an oil change. I was told that I would be contacted if I needed a wheel alignment or if I didn't need one so I could either agree to get it or not. These people have the audacity to not call me but call my mother. I called up there before I came there so they had my number and The Man working there told me he had my number and would call me which he did not do. I called before I got there to pick up my car and asked them how much my bill was and they said 60 bucks and when I get there I'm told it's 165 because my mom authorized an alignment. The issue is that they did not keep their word and call me the owner of the car my number and name is under my mom's account but it's under my name as well. No one should be authorizing a car that they did not buy and that they do not pay for and if someone is going to tell me that they're going to call me the owner of the car they should call me. I don't even understand how someone can authorize a vehicle that they didn't even bring into the shop. And the excuse I got was all your mom said to me that she would call you. I never asked anyone to call my mom I confirmed twice that they would call me and they did not keep their word. They got over on my mom and made her think that all these issues needed to be taken care of now and got her to charge her Firestone credit card which I had them give her a refund on it and I paid for it with my money and took the L. I will not be going to Firestone anymore and they have lost my business for life. They did not do anything but apologize and say that parents should help their kids which has nothing to do with someone who's grown dropping off their car to get it fixed and asking to be called if any extra charges need to be made. I am disgusted with this company now. And if all I'm going to get is sorry when they did not keep their word I do not want any part of this company. Thank you for wasting my time and showing me your irresponsible customer service.
