My mom took it here to get an inspection on a car she was test driving to make sure it wasn’t a lemon. Kevin was very nice and knowledgeable over the phone. When we got in, they were very professional and got the inspection done very quickly. I don’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of the fact we were females and didn’t know much about cars.
Fantastic customer service! Honest about wait times and great at communication. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Drop-off/pick-up service while car is being serviced - so helpful. Think prices may be a bit high, but overall good experience with friendly team and warranty is solid.
I also asked about an inspection on my car and they said they would put the things that needed to be fixed in order of priority. Thank you guys so much for all your help!
They will honor their work. If it breaks again..they fix it. Free. Their prices are fair when you factor in the 5 year warranty which you can't even get from most dealer's. If you find it with a reputable shop cheaper they will match it if they can. They don't try to talk you into doing work you don't need. Once they said don't spend that money on that... put it on a another vehicle. Another benefit, they will take you home or to work while your vehicle is being serviced and pick you back up again when it's done.
The work I had done was completed quickly, at a reasonable cost while I waited. The waiting room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and efficient. The gentleman who handled the repairs was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He informed me of all that needed to be done and the cost of the work. Being an older single woman I appreciate people being straight with me and no “hard selling” or scare tactics to get me to do work on my car other than what I came in for. I will continue to use Service Street for all my future automotive needs. I recommend them highly.
Great experience today! Had two cars to be emissions tested and was done within 30 minutes- it only took that long because I had to bring one car at a time and then drive home to get the other. Excellent service. Will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!
