The owner "Q" is a crook! I needed a ABS actuator on my BMW, he quoted me for a used part. When i approved the work, he went outside and removed the part off of another customers car, and then called the other customer and told them they too need a used ABS actuator! That was completely dirty business...that is what is called thect by taking. Use caution!!! The other employees were completely professional. I wish those two would open their own shop and shut this crook down!
