This week, we hired Two Men, Marietta, for an in-house move. We had the same awesome service from the office staff in terms of explaining the rates and details. We received prompt email confirmation immediately after booking the move and a follow-up phone call a few days before our move date to confirm everything we had arranged.
The in-house move went flawlessly. The men were so careful, efficient and courteous-- just as we've come to expect from Two Men.
In September 2015, Two Men and a Truck, Marietta, moved us from furniture storage to East Cobb. The office staff communicated all of the details, set our expectations and handled their tasks with our move with courtesy and competence.
My experience with Two Men And A Truck was excellent. I needed a morning move and although I fell into the "small move" category, the scheduling office was more than accommodating and my move took place first thing on a Saturday morning. The 2 Men were professional, courteous and respectful of my situation and my furniture. The move was speedy and thorough. I can not say enough nice things about James and Troy. James went out of his to be helpful. I would recommend and use TMT again!
We're happy in our lovely home in East Cobb, but when the time comes to need another move, we will definitely contact Two Men, Marietta.
Veeerryy long story short of my first "professional movers" experience: Don't have anything else planned for the day. I scheduled early, they arrived over an hour late with no courtesy calls. I had to call them multiple times. Make sure to supervise and record or they'll lollygag...or maybe my expectations conflict. Be prepared to pay higher end of the estimate, basically double. If you can do it yourself with U-haul and friends then do that.
The crew was on time, careful, efficient, accommodating and friendly. We tipped everyone generously--they had earned it--after that long day and praised them to their supervisor.
These people are unreasonable. It cost me over 500 for a 1br move from Marietta to Brookhaven. Only 5 large items! They make you pay for sitting in rush hour traffic! And the movers are slow AF! Never again.
