WARNING..... I will never use or refer this company to do any moves. I called and schedule a move. I later confirmed move date and time and was told they would be there to move my belongings. The day of the move the movers came by and asked if they could do the move the next day at 7am in which I had an extra day to spare so I agreed. The next day I was to move at 7am and I received a no show after calling several times times to find out whereabouts of movers. At the last min I had to rent my own truck and move all my household items myself. This cost me significantly more money and time which was wasted to their lack of business acumen. Anyone out there please heed my words find someone else to do your move. You will be moving by Faith if you use this company beware and find another moving company

I've been using this company for years and I've moved several times. They base the price off of how much stuff you have not how long it takes. They are extremely quick and detailed. I was referred to them by a friend and I refer them to everyone. Thanks Omarr for your services.

Horrible experience. I made an appointment on July 29, 2017. The movers did not show up nor did I receive a call that they weren't coming. I left a voicemail and also sent a message through the Thumbtack website. No response. Luckily I was able to book another moving service (Bellhops) the following day. I would not recommend Faith Movers. Totally unprofessional.

Do NOT use this moving company. They are not careful with your belongings and make excuses whenever they cause damage. This company caused damaged at both our old home and our new home during the move. I have tried to contact the owner, Omar, on several occasions to resolve with no response. I first contact the company because I was told that they provide a quote by job vs. by hour. I have encountered issues in the past with movers going significantly over the estimated hours when paying an hourly rate. He came for a quote and by chance he had a cancelled job for that day so I thought perhaps that was a match meant to happen. I figured I could go ahead with getting the large items loved and have a follow-up for the remaining items once we completed our packing. Well now the nightmare starts, although it was a local move I still wanted my items to be properly wrapped with blankets (in fact offered my personal blankets) to prevent any damage. They damaged several things from flat out not being careful (see photos). What specifically pissed me off was when I noticed the big gash in the headboard of my bed, the mover had the audacity to make the comment that it was getting old and other places that appeared to be peeling. Who gives a crap about that, I can hide the small area he mentioned with pillows, not the huge eye sour they caused. I was initially going to let it go, but I cannot with good conscious allow someone else to experience this level unbelievable the sloppiness. I keep finding new items that have been damaged and this is not including the ones I had to get paint off with goof off that I am not including. I feel bad because the other movers were nice, but the lack of professionalism to handle this privately I have to ensure I warn others.

I booked Faith Services to move me on 9/29. I cancelled the services on 9/27. The week before I signed and sent back the contract to Michelle on 9/22- I paid a $200 deposit. On 9/27 Michelle reached out to me to see if it was something she could do- I advised her that I have secured additional moving services, I would like my deposit refund processed. I never heard back from Michelle so I reached out to her on 10/2. She then became very rude to me and implied that since they could not fill the spot she would charge me $75 of the $200 deposit. I told her that legally she cant do that- it wasn't listed in the contract and I was never told of a cancellation policy. she started to argue with me stating well I thought that you would go through with it so I didn't put it in the there. I'm confused but the terms and conditions should be the same with every customer. If there is a cancellation policy then it should be included in the contract. what you cant do is tell a customer well I wasn't able to fill your slot so you have to pay $75. Michelle hung up on me- I have since disputed the charge with my cc company. If this company thinks that can get away with best practices like this they are surely mistaken. Rules for the wise going forward faith..Have clear policies or else you will go out of business. This is called fraud- you cant do that to customers.
