I am changing my last review of one star to five stars because I was wrong. If I would have gone in earlier I would have had a better experience. Get to the office 1/2 hour before they officially open. The doors are open and you can get your name into the system before 09:00 and receive your number.
I had a mostly great experience. I recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the office opens. I arrived around 8:40 (office opens at 9) and there were already at least 15 people ahead of me in line. They open the doors early and let you take a number to establish your place in line. There are 20 + windows so my number was called quickly and I was walking back to my car before 9:30 AM. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I called ahead to confirm the documents I needed but when I got to the window I needed extra documents that I wasn't told about. Thankfully, I had it available.
Why are they open only 3 hours on wednesday?! 3 HOURS! WHY. THEY ARE ONLY OPEN 31 HOURS A WEEK Showed up at 2:30 and I haven't been called. Not only that, the number system makes no sense and they went from E369 to E379 (skipping me) and then proceeded to go up numerically until they reached 399 without a call for me. I finally had to go talk to someone and he had me out in less than 10 minutes. I should have been in and out in 15 but they skipped my number completely.
I was only there for 1/2 an hour. It was very organized and efficient. When my number was called I was helped by Wesley very efficiently. I was expecting to show all the paperwork I had brought in, but Wesley had it all up on the monitor. He corrected my mistake, and get this, he said he would call me when it takes affect as it takes time to batch into the main system. He called me on Saturday and left a message that everything was good. Thank you very much! I stand corrected!
Everyone in the office that I dealt with was polite, courteous and extremely helpful. Although the waiting room was packed, the employees were efficient and my wait was shorter than what I expected. They exceeded my expectations.
Staff rude. Security rude. Just because you have a lot of customers, doesn't mean you take it out on the customers. I'm sure they advised you of the job, in your job description. They need customer service classes or to find another job where you don't deal with people. I started with a review next time I will be escalating the issue. Get some class!
