I had the pleasure of visiting this place a few times. The place is neat, well renovated, clean bathrooms etc.
I know certain staff by name that intentionally did this Casey Messy, Oreo Winny (With Aid Atlanta) Laura is the most inconsiderate among them all because she gives you this sense shes concerned but at the end of the day she just treated me like a low income black man because shes white and more superior. The doctor I was seeing Yvonne Carter absolutlely did nothing for me that I had been seeing for a entire year but pretended to care and kept trying to tell me to talk to counselor like I was mentally crazy or unstable.
The staff that work upstairs with Capestone Health that work with patients who are HIV positive and with the Ryan White program are the worst. Very unprofessional gossip and discuss your business infront of you with other staff and laugh. Claim they will give you certain services but lie and don't give them to you.
The staff was very kind, thoughtful and professional. I received excellent service and and left feeling grateful and thankful that they were there to assist me.

Casey Messy is so wrapped up with political agendas with other organizations like(NAESM) he doesn't know how to be professional even if he tried and they are supposed to be professionals in the medical field with HIV and Linkage to care which is unacceptable. Everything upstairs is political and has nothing to do with the patient no more than using the patients misfortunes to laugh at and talk about and they know nothing will be done to them so they will continue to do it and have a job because nobody cares. It's the South where white people can have racist undertones and do what they want to do. While making fun of those who are low income and less fortunate.

I've literally switch over to this place thinking it was a closer location than traveling to Smyrna, now I'm regretting that I did because one thing for certain I used to be in and out at the Smyrna location. My last appointment here I had a 1:30pm appointment and I had to be at work for 3:00pm so I called to see if I can reschedule for an earlier time and they did schedule me for 11:00am which was great in my mind until I realized that I was sitting and waiting for hours and still haven't gotten any vouchers. It was 2:30pm when they finally called me and that's only because I went up to the front desk questioning, mind you I had two toddlers that didn't have enough toys for all the kids to play with in the building, and ate all of the snacks I brought along so eventually they got hungry. They don't care about the children at all, the babies get cranky when they're hungry and limited to play in a certain area with only a few toys!!! No one shouldn't have to wait no longer than 1hr tops for whatever in the WIC office don't get me wrong I do appreciate the milk but really!!!
The staff move slow as molasses. I understand that they are dealing with a high volume amount of people, so I do understand that there will be a wait. However, they called me into the office because I missed my appointment earlier in the week. I usually get a text reminder but for whatever reason I did not this particular time, so I forgot about my appointment. She called and asked me to come in at 10 a.m. I deliberately told her that my daughter had another appointment at 2 and she assured me that I would be out by then because they weren't busy that day. I get to the office 15 minutes early just to give myself some extra time to get the ball rolling. I went through the usual process for about 2 hours, which is actually pretty decent for this office. They then told me that we had to see a nutritionlist. We sat in the back waiting for for OVER AN HOUR waiting on this particular person. By this point it's going on 1 o'clock and I have to be leaving soon to head to our dentist appointment. I went to the front desk to ask and they told me the nitritionlist would be out shortly. We waited for 30 MORE MINUTES until I finally told them that we couldn't wait any longer and we had to leave. The lady at the front desk had the NERVE to give me attitude and told me that I needed to stay, despite me having somewhere else that I needed to be. I spoke with another woman who then took my name and number, and said that I would be contacted soon with a new appointment day and time. It has now been 3 weeks and I haven't received a call, and my child is without her vouchers. If you have the luxury to go to another location, PLEASE DO!!
The staff is very courteous, professional and seems to be always busy taking care of patients. My primary care physician's office does not come close despite having to pay hundreds in medical insurance monthly.

Like Michael Jackson said: take a look at the man/woman in in the mirror and for once initiate change. Take responsability for your actions, stop acting like loosers. Wake up early , find a job or two or three. Learn to provide for yourself and loved ones, learn to live with dignity and pride. RESPECT is not given but earned. Stop blaming white, foreigners, boogeyman for your troubles. Capstone is a medical facility and not a day care.
