We had to get 8 gallons of paint and the rep at the paint counter was not very happy about it. (I think it was the end of her shift) 5 gallons were the same color & she was going to mix 5 separate gallons, which would have cost us an extra $35. I requested she mix a 5 gallon bucket. She wasn't happy she had to go get it to mix it. I could believe that it didn't occur to her to suggest the option of the 5 gallon bucket to save money. Anyway, other than that everyone else was very helpful & the cashier was great.

Cashier spent an obnoxious and QUITE insulting amount of time inspecting my receipt for some 15 dollar bulbs, like, scratching it to see if I had altered the date or something! I had JUST bought them, but remembered I needed one other thing, so I grabbed it, got back in line and told him I had already purchased the bulbs. Had no problem showing him my receipt, but seriously, there was no need for him to bust out his Special Agent spy kit over some fluorescent lights. Weird thing to be self - important over.

Lisa in customer service/help desk/what ever department she is in is the only reason I am giving this store 5 stars. She went above and beyond to get me information about an appliance I ordered almost a month ago that I was promised would be here by 7/27. Lisa was unable to get anyone on the phone in appliances, which is a running theme for me, so she called the manufacturer to get a status on shipping and called me back within minutes to relay the information. She was kind and really tried to relate to my frustration.
