Fantastic place if you are looking for a hard-to-find item. I needed an O-ring for a pressure reducing valve that no other place (4) had. The very helpful counterman found just what I needed at a price I couldn't believe.
Nice folks, but don't even have 10-10-10 fertilizer. What kind of hardware store doesn't have basic fertilizers? One I won't come back to, that's for sure.
Brought blower in for service. They said it had been run without oil (not correct), needed a new engine and it wasn't covered under warranty. Brought to another Stihl dealer. Fixed it in a day. Bad fuel that had some water contamination and TOO MUCH oil. Not sure if it was incompetence or whether they were trying to rip me off, but really, really bad.
