Amazing! Helpful staff and wonderful selection of used and new books
If I could rate this shop lower than one star, I would. I have sold books to Bookmiser previously. Until this past Saturday, I have been treated with professionalism and respect. This time, however, the man behind the counter was unfriendly, to the point of being belligerent. He threw my soft sided briefcases of books onto the counter like an ape. He selected 3 books to keep. When I inquired as to the type of books they prefer, for future reference, all he did was show me the titles he selected, dismissively. This provides me with no information. If this had been the schoolyard in NYC, where I grew up, I would have punched his lights out. If he doesn't want to be in a customer service business, get out...now!
Great selection. Good prices. Helpful staff. If you call ahead looking for a certain book they can even have it sent over from the other location if that's more convenient for you. They'll also accept trade-ins.
Customer service was great. I wouldn't come here if you are looking for fantasy reads as they only have a very small selection to select from. Nice place to check out if you are looking for used books though.
If you have not been here, you are missing out. My 5 year old son and I love to come here to look at books and buy used ones. They have a great selection and are sooooooooo friendly and helpful. So happy to have a store like this in the community!! Please support them!
