Edit to add that their wifi doesn't even work so that's a huge downfall to most RVers.

Good Sam needs to check this place our!! Wish someone would do some major upkeep at this park! The wall at the pool is falling down, hardly any seats around the unkempt pool area, and the grass needed mowing and weedeaten throughout the campground. We hope to find another campground next time!!

This place has full hook ups which is the only positive of this place. This place is WAY overpriced for what you get. The wifi never worked. The main couple that run this place are pretty horrible people, which is what made me dislike this place. They seem to only care about rule following when it comes to certain people in the park. The road to get in and out of the park is incredibly bumpy and messed up. And I'm not sure what it is about this place but the mosquitoes were the worst I've ever experienced in my life. I was happy to leave and hope to never go back. It was only out of pure desperation that we stayed here. Everywhere else was full. Lesson learned.

Very small sites which, despite the advertised claims, are not level. I cannot express how small the sites are. We could barely open our slide with our neighbors on either side. I measured, there was 3 inches between our slide and our neighrbors. THREE INCHES. I couldn't even extend the slide on the other side. Staff is less than welcoming. Will not stay here again. Price point was $41 for full hookups.

Are you kidding me! My tires were barely on the blacktop on both sides, because the sites are so small there are lots of vehicles half in the road, which are narrow to start with. It was a real challenge to get the 5th wheel in. As you can see in the photos with this review, I couldn't go back any further without my kitchen slide hitting the trailer behind me! Blacktop is lumpy, my back jacks were not on blacktop and had to be extended way out to reach the ground. The park is 2 miles off I75, most of it down narrow winding residential area and the park itself twist and winds down a very steep hillside, with very lumpy blacktop for the roads and the sites. All sites are back-in, and will be a challenge with anything longer than 25 feet. There were lots of obvious long-term residents with full size grills and 100# propane tanks, but it was "trashy" just a general feeling of rundown. It is a fairly wooded area, which may be good or bad depending if you are using satellite. The owner seemed nice enough, I only spoke to him at checkin, no escort to site. He warned me the WIFI signal wasn't good as like a lot of park owners they don't really understand WIFI, signal was great, but speed horrible (.7 down/.5 up YES there is a decimal point in front of that!) you might be able to check emails if you don't have many! My TMobile Router had an excellent signal without hooking up the external antenna (52 down / 28 up). ATT was good but upload really slow (25 down/1up). Price: Again are you kidding me, I had to pay $45 to stay here with Good Sam Discount, if it hadn't been rush hour in Atlanta, we would have pulled out and continued on!!!

Great location! Most of the sites are level, some need a board or 2 if you don't have a self leveling RV. Hook-ups work great and you can have your propane filled here. It fills up quick, but they keep a few spots for short term stays to try and accommodate everyone.
