Beautiful trees and nice people. Just needs a little more TLC on the maintenance to make it look better. Overall not a bad place to live at reasonable price.
Best rent price in Marietta. And the most nicely maintained trailer park I've ever seen. It's very quiet most of the time. Not a bad neighborhood at all and it's in a very nice school district for elementary, middle and high schools. Es una lugar esta muy bonito y calmado y no esta cada la renta.

Place kinda suck theres nothing fun for the kids to do they dont let us have a basketball court it would be fun if they had a swimming pool and they need to upgrade the playground thats not fun
