Went last Saturday to pick up package--got there at 12:53 says open until 1--- door was locked. Trying to call for 3 days---either they don't answer the phone or keep me on hold for 10 minutes the one time I did get through. Called 3 times today--never answer phone
If you have to pick up a package here, reconsider how badly you actually want it.
Pro: this place is rarely open, so you dont have to deal with them very often.
Rarely open, phone left unanswered ... all during their measly "business" hours. Not suprising, as the postal service is known to be unreliable as a whole.
Con: the employees are extremely rude.
A package was sent to me and has been lost. When I tried calling this number, all it does is ring and then hang up on me. I tried doing a "lost mail search" through them and never heard from them. Very frustrating.
The rudest, most dis-organized post office around. They continue to loose my packages and always tell me that they are not accountable to lost items. I am beyond furious and I still cannot get anyone to find my package that was last scanned at the post office and I've been waiting 30 days!!!!!
