THIS POST OFFICE SUCKS !!!!!! They are incompetent. I purchased two money orders for my rent money. And they were to be put in a P.o. box that is in the location I was at buying the money orders. I hand them in the addressed envelope stamped and all and ask if they can put it directly in the box. The teller says sure I got u. Two weeks later still no rent in my landlords box. When I call and talk to the teller , they don't recall , and then a supervisor says " no one put it directly in the box , it's against policy " . yet Smyrna post office did exactly that for 4 years for us. And even if the teller at this new location did do it , the supervisor sure as hell don't know. She was rude also. And the fact that the post office headquarters makes u wait 60 DAYS before they will cancel the money orders and refund the money is TOTAL B.S. they have completely jeopardize my living situation with lies and incompetent actions. They probably put it in the wrong box. I will never return there again. Fed ex from now on.
This was the worst post office experience I have ever had. They were disrespectful, rude and cocky!!!!!! I will never return to this post office again. They wonder why they are losing money every year.........wake up!!!!!!!!!
They are very helpful and very nice. It does get busy at lunchtime and of course the holidays but they are very effecient!
This is the most friendly Post Office I visit in the Roswell/Marietta area. They are fast and I appreciate the efforts they put forward every time I'm using this facility.
Just go another mile to FedEx and avoid the snotty insulting attitudes from this USPS staff who are in reality just lucky to be in this country and could never get a job somewhere that requires customer service skills. Classless bottom feeders.
