I had always thought that booking vacations with travel agents was only something that wealthy people had the luxury of using, and with teenagers, we do not fall under that umbrella. Monique made us feel like royalty. She answered all of our crazy, needy questions quickly and concisely. We do not travel often, but she held my hand through every step. I highly recommend Travel Expo! Our vacation went without hitch, perfect from beginning to end. She called me the night before we left to make sure all of my questions had been answered and walked me through what to expect when traveling out of the country. Monique at Travel Expo is by far the greatest travel agent in the business. She has been at it for years and it shows. Her expertise of Mexico and the Caribbean is limitless. I have found she knows every detail of most resorts and if there's something she doesn't know, she gets the answer to you the same day. I am truly blown away by her professionalism, drive, and love for her job.
We recently planned a wedding in the Carribean. My fiance (now husband) and I, along with some of our family and friends, started off with a different travel agency. So much went wrong so fast. I called Monique and not only did she fix the problems the other agency caused, she guided us in a much better direction. Keep in mind, we already booked with another agency so Monique was not being compensated for our travel arrangements and all the help she gave us.
