SUPER HAPPY! My tattoo is completely gone and it only took 4 sessions! I heard that they have the new pico laser called enlighten and that is what my dermatologist told me I needed. If you need a tattoo removed, look no further!
I paid for a package of facials, and when Lauren left, they refused to refund for the remaining 2 facials. I tried to schedule my services I was owed after she left, but they didn't have another Esthetician. When I asked for a refund they wouldn't budge, offering me other services (laser...no way), which I didn't need or want. They said they paid Lauren the money, but I think they just didn't want to pay the money they owe. Even if she was paid for the services she didn't render, the company should be responsible for this mistake...not the customer. If they send me a check for the money they owe me and I'll be happy. Lauren was a great Esthetician and nail tech, but she left and now I can't say anything good about this company.
5 stars for the staff-wonderful & kind. But my spray tan was not up to par. I followed the directions carefully while in the spraying room, and was assured by the staff that it would darken within 24 hours. I got the highest /darkest level and 24 hours later you could hardly tell I'd gotten anything done. It was also as if they sprayer only sprayed actual tanner on the front, as my backside had no change at all. Was very disappointed and felt like I wasted my money. BUT again, the people there are fabulous and I would go back for something else, just not for the tanning booth!
