Had the roof, gutters, and chimney cover replaced and the Findlay Roofing team was excellent to work with, from the sales person, to the office and scheduling team, and the installers. The process from proposal to installation was easy and really well run. The workers all showed up on time, the office kept me informed on the schedule, and the workers were really helpful, protected the plants, and cleaned up after the job. Excellent price and service!
The customer service was really good. The price was as to be expected. The workers could have paid more attention to asthetics the first time, but Findley was good about having a guy come out to finish details.
I have proof, in writing, of what they supposed to so considering legal actions against this company.
Findlay quote me installation of 3 skylights with ice&water barrier and replace shingles on first story of my house. But they only install the 3 skylights with no ice&water barrier and only replace the shingles around the skylights. Asked the installer what if it leaked. He said the will come back and install the ice&water barrier since we got the warranty. I complained and they came back a few days later to install ice&water on one of the skylights but only replaced shingles on part of the first story roof. The picture clearly show that only shingles around the roof is replaced, not all shingles.
Quotation and scheduling was quick and easy but not impressed the installer. Installer just want to get in/out quickly.
They came back (3rd time) and replaced the rest of the shingles as quoted. The work looks good but no water barriers were installed on some skylights. It is on a steep roof and should be fine. It didn't leak with a thunder storm the other day.
All of our neighbors kept telling us they've never seen a new roof go on that fast! Findlay had the best customer service from start to finish. We had a quote & were scheduled for a new roof before the other company even had time to look at our roof. The crew was extremely fast & thorough. Clean-up was perfect, not a single piece of trash left behind. The office staff called during installation to let us know how many pieces of plywood had to be replaced so we wouldn't be caught off guard with billing. And the end product, our new roof, is beautiful! We were extremely impressed with the entire process, from quote to final invoice. I'd highly recommend Findlay to everyone looking to have their roof replaced!
Very professional company. They came out measured and sent me the quote. Asked me to choose shingle color and within a week they were on site going to work. Only downside is if you chose a non standard color it will take longer to get. In one day they came out tore off the old roof and put the new one back on. And they did a great job on the installation. The clean up was fanominal. I would recommend Findlay Roofing highly. For the cost and the 10 year now leak transferable warranty; you can’t beat the deal.
