When walking into Stadium Village you will walk into a bust of helpful staff members that are always there to help you with any situation. There was never a time the maintenance staff has failed to satisfy. This will be my second year living at stadium village and upon moving out they insisted to help us to finish things up quicker and made sure our new apartment dorm was clean and had no problems. Don't let these other reviews fool you!!
My son has been a resident at Stadium village for a 1½ years. He is super happy and feels at home there. I am so thankful for the staff in the leasing office, especially the General Manager, Ashley. They are all very helpful and professional. Ashley was awesome as she understood my nervousness when dropping off my son for the first time and did her best to reassure me he would be fine and year and a half later, he's still there and doing great. We actually just renewed our lease for another year! :))
Worst customer service ever. Please parents if you have young adults considering this complex. Buyer be aware. Their GM is horrible at any type of timely responses. She does not have the students best interest at heart if there is some type of issues with roommates. They will also try to hold your student responsible for others actions in the common areas of the apartment. Then stick you with a bill without any type of just process.
Stadium Village is a great place to live! Reasonable rent price due to the fact that you are provided with amenities, such as washer, dryer, flat screen TV and cable AND WIFI!! Staff in the leasing office is great and super helpful! They are quick on their feet when it comes to getting things handled. Been living here since August 2017, have not had a problem with getting minor issues taken care of through them. As far as the living space, the room is comfortable. Adequate size living room and kitchen area. Quite neighborhood. Overall great place to stay.
Stadium Village was a great place to live the previous year that I stayed here. Within the last few months they have added hidden fees to residents rent payments without explanation and hired nightly security guards who harass residents & cause traffic. The A/C in our unit has broken every week for the last 3 months yet they increase the charges for our utilities. Recently they Have raised the rent which gives them nothing to leverage their competitors. Some staff are rude but others try to answer your question as much as possible. Maintenance is fast and friendly, probably the best part about the entire complex.
