Today my tortoise and i went there. I walked past the cashier and one cashier said "oh a snake" the other said "it is a turtle" THERE ARE TORTOISES THERE. Talking about that tortoise (s)he had no food in the dish and very little water he seemed cold and unhappy. I can not judge them on other pets because I do not have them but their tortoise was poorly treaded
Love this store! Great customer service and large variety of foods for our finicky felines. Staff has always been courteous and kind.
Terrible customer service policy!! Had a return w/ receipt and was told it was 2 days past the 14 day return policy. So okay give me a store credit. To make matters worse I was told you can only have a store credit but you have to use it NOW which I was not ready to do.
The swing manager Cole and team are all so awesome! Great deals, awesome service, answered our million questions and let us pet the animals!
I recently bought a Russian Tortoise from this fine establishment & she was in great condition and is doing fabulous currently. Matt I believe helped us and was so helpful when we we're picking out a tank! He offered great advice. I'd highly recommend this place if you're looking for any pet because of how well they are taken care of! You can definitely tell they love their pets here.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE! Do they not know that PETSMART has a 60 day return policy!!! I will never go back to Pet Supplies Plus because I will do business with a company that cares about their customers and has decent return policy.
