This is the newest SMG and I love it. There was a bit of a wait for the theater to be cleaned for my movie. But overall the service was great and the food was good too. The kiosk for already purchased tickets was kind of in the way at the from door stopping foot traffic for those who would like to purchase tickets. The food did take a few minutes to come out after ordered.
Really nice updated theatre. Although they were out of almost everything that matters, I still give the theater itself a 5 star rating. Also, I won't hold it against the servers that don't quite understand the menu and aren't clear about modifications. Overall great addition to the area.
Overall, a good experience. The kiosk situation is a little awkward, blocking foot traffic trying to get in the front door. The theater was very clean with a good overall atmosphere. Waitstaff respond promptly to the service button, though it takes a short while to get food or drinks. For the best experience I would recommend ordering drinks at the cafe area before and good to be delivered to your seat. Great experience and very kind friendly
Well organized. Friendly environment. Food is on point. Everyone loves the chairs too, they're comfortable! I will be coming to Studio Movie Grill for movies from now on!
We've been twice in past three days. Yes, there will be a learning curve for the staff, but their enthusiasm is infectious. We met management members Wayne and Sean, both of which wanted to ensure our satisfaction- very professional and super nice. Love assigned seats, set far apart, audio and video quality was top notch. We will be back for sure. Recommendations: house red wine, chicken tenders, pizza
