We came around 1:30 (after the lunch rush), and there was no one in front of or behind us in line. A man did come in about 5-10 minutes after us, but got his food first. After waiting 20 minutes, my fiancé went to go stand by the counter, and he could see his burrito sitting open, half made, with no one there with it. When they saw him there, they clarified what he was waiting for. Then, they kept asking how he wanted it while he was standing there. Still took extra time before he finally got it. No one offered an apology or explanation as to why it took so long. We started eating, and all our food started falling apart. Most of the food inside our tacos and burrito ended up on the tray. Not coming back.
The staff was very friendly. It's always pleasant to be there, and the value is great. The Real Strawberry Lemonade is LIFE. My taco shells tasted like they had been warmed too long this time, but every other time I've come to this location the food has been good.
How can ANYONE stay in business doing this. This girl separated the cup lids WITH HER TEETH and only threw them away when I said, “Miss?! Miss?! Are you f%^{inga kidding me??”
The most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever seen. The incredible filthy girl in the widow used her TEETH to separate cup lids. My food was bizarrely undercooked and cold. I’m calling the Health Department tomorrow. If anyone get sick eating in this toilet, call a lawyer.
Food took 25 minutes+ to get to us, probably would have logged longer but they cleared our order a few minutes before it was out.
This location declined severely after opening. Will not be back.
Came after lunch rush around 1:30pm - credit card machines were down. Aside from that, the cashier that took our order didn't speak louder than a mumble. She also took a drive through order while we were still ordering.
When Del Taco first opened near me we were excited and fell in love with the supreme hard tacos with lots of meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoe and sour cream for less than $2. Unfortunately it was a bait and switch. I was there recently and ordered 12 tacos and realized the "value taco" has a tablespoon of meat , lettuce and cheese. To get tomatoes you have to upgrade to the high priced taco, but that is not the real tragedy of this review. I asked for sour cream and was told that could only be added for 40 cents per taco. After an internal struggle I spent an additional $4.80 to add sour cream and to our utter dismay we could neither see nor taste it upon eating the tacos. The sour cream on each taco would not have filled a thimble. I have since recovered but do not plan to return any time soon.
Oh, also the shake machine was "out of order."
