Manger/owner is so rude. Do not recommend
This laundry is VERY run down! The employees don't clean, all they do is sit there and cater to the Hispanic community. They don't understand English.I could see bags of Greasy yellow towels bagged up but I didn't think anything about it... I went there last night to do my laundry and I noticed a funny smell in my clothes, so I got home and the smell was more intense. I suffer from asthma and it was affecting my breathing. By morning it was awful! A combination of a smoke smell and a chemical smell! I tried calling and get no answer! So I have spent hours and a lot of money trying to get the smell out of my clothes this morning! I'm guessing that the girls wash those yellow towels for the car mechanics around there. And don't clean the machines after doing so! So all of those chemicals that are in the towels are now in my clothes and in my lungs! I'm pissed and I am contacting an attorney! If you're gonna own a business, no matter what it is, you have a duty to perform at standards! I will NEVER go back there and if I could tell any person with a brain not to go here! I spent all morning at the laundry on Sandtown Rd. And to see the difference in the cleanliness was amazing! Awful service!! At Joys Laundry!!
