My experience with Jones Grp Ins was awesome. I called for an auto ins quote and my driving record is a bit challenging, however, her office was able to find me a decent rate, even thou the rate was a little higher than the prior company. I chose to go with Jones Grp simply because they took the time to explain my coverages to me. I will refer my friends and family over to Jones Grp.

I'm very disappointed. I've tried to reach out to my agent and I can't get pass the receptionist. For two and a half weeks. Now my policy has gone up $77.00. Now I'm looking for a new agent
Well, I can assure you, my business is going elsewhere. If this is how difficult it is to try to pay these people for their business, I can't imagine how hard it'll be if I ever have a problem.

I wanted to take a minute to thank the Jones Group Ins Agency for the impeccable service that I received while taking out a commercial policy which seemed to be very complex with the other two companies prior to being referred to Kristine (owner) which she was very knowledgeable not to mention very pleasant. My experience with this agency was nothing short of amazing especially considering her office seems to have a high volume of traffic in and out it was still a great experience.
I tried to reach Kristina, the owner, a few days after she gave my initial quote...as promised.
