My 14 year son just had knee surgery here this past Tuesday and we had the best care!! The doctor, nurses, and anesthesiologist team were by far amazing!!! I would definitely recommend having surgery here for any of my friends kids or adults as well.. Thank you so much to everyone being so nice and keeping myself informed with everything...
Had some sudden onset health issue and wanted to see a doctor fast. Looked up this place and it seemed to be closest of on actual urgent care / ER facility to my office. Drove there, walked in and was promptly told they don't provide emergency services and I should drive to a hospital instead. No questions asked or any signs of basic level customer service. The woman at the front desk was completely and utterly useless in her position. While walking out I saw the big signs of emergency care and all the services they provide. Sorry, I did want to to argue or beg to provide me with their costly medical services I wasn't that desperate and decided to put it off. Broken system here, from A-Z.
Wonderful care given to my husband. Quality staff and very good doctor's. Physical therapy and Respiratory the best he's ever had. The Care Coordinator Kelsey worked to get us to the next place with honest and timely communication. They work as a team very well!

Because of a misunderstanding between me and my daughter the patient they banned me from spending more time than dictated. She couldn't talk, on ventilator, paralyzed from shoulders down. Depression and pain caused her to consider ending her life but the still wouldn't let her mother stay with her. No kindness or compassion there.
