Excellent service and commutedp to ease the pain of loved once. They took wonderful Care for our brother and handled all the activities to transport his remains to Kenya.
We have had the pleasure of working with Chris Messina on two occasions when our mothers passed away within 10 months of each other. Chris just makes everything so easy. He goes above and beyond along with the rest of the staff at West Cobb. The facility is beautiful and clean and just makes you feel right at home. This is one of those services you hope to not need, but when you do, this is the place to come.
West Cobb Funeral is outstanding! If I could rate them more than a 5 I would. They did the service for my niece. The made the most difficult day for my brother and sister in law a little be easier. They didn't have to worry about anything. The staff is very compassionate and went out of their way to help us with last minute details the day of the service. The funeral home is roomy and pleasant. This was my first time at a funeral home such as this. Other funeral homes and their staff can learn from this place.
Although this was the hardest thing I've ever had to do emotionally and physically, West Cobb Funeral Home & Crematory made it bearable. Everyone here is very compassionate and professional. The Cosmetology team that prepared my mom is AMAZING. She looked exactly like herself...beautiful :) Thank you for the lovely last look.
Owner David Roach and his staff are outstanding!! They made us feel like family and guided us through the entire process. We didn't have to worry about anything at visitation, the arrangements for our son turned out beautiful. Their guidance at the funeral was again, outstanding. Yolanda and I felt they held our hands for the entire process. We will never forget them!
I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to celebrate their loved ones going home in a beautiful setting with a caring and helpful staff.
