I've dealt with rude people before... the old white lady in the front desk is a whole other level. SO RUDE! Also the place is dirty. I'm NEVER going back there.
The doctor'ss wife is nasty and very unfriendly. Shady service.
Worse service ever!!!!!!! 2 hours of wating to see the doctor, this is ridiculous!! at the end never saw the doctor. What a waste of my time...
They suggested I can go to another Doctor if I cant wait 4 or 5 hours to be seen, they didn't schedule my appointment when I requested . Also theywant me to see the Docotr there every 3 months for physical, they don't care about people only the money. All their personal really rude, you don't see even ONE smile there.
Dr. Williams is a great doctor and the wait is long because he takes his time and listens. Big name hospital Dr's are allowed only 10 to 15 minutes per patient & just hurry you through. The nurses & office staff do a great job with a heavy patient load. They are very knowledgeable and good caring people working here.
