Nicole is the worst. She continously left out important information to every guest in there, I had reserved a convertable through expedia, then get there by uber and she won't let me get the car, she cursed, she was rude, and a complete idiot. So had to pay for another Uber back home. This was my first time trying to use budget and will never use them. DON'T USE BUDGET!!! USE ENTERPRISE, AVIS, or HERTZ!!!!!! I hope she gets fired because she is killing their business. Worst employee ever award.
The agents are awesome. Very patient with me. I would definitely be back. Highly recommended.
Had two reservations setup (planned two months in advance), and they could not fulfill either one! I needed a Grand Cherokee or larger since I was traveling to FL with my family. I get there and the dude says " I have two trucks and can give you a discount." I tried to tell him that I need a larger vehicle to take my family to FL. He offered zero help and refused to find me a car! Just referred back to his two trucks on the lot. I just went to Enterprise to rent - they actually care if they were going to screw up your vacation.
Difficult to get agent on the phone. Does this location have a overnight drop box?
I often travel for work and do not like to take my personal car. The only reason I've even rented from this center twice is because it's three miles from my home however if it wasn't for that I would never come back. There is one agent who is rude and inconsiderate and has no idea what customer service means. Find another location even if it's further from you.
