First time in this branch. Never go in to branches generally. Quick service, no hassle, friendly staff.

One drive thru lane and they can't even keep it staffed. Happened twice this week, fool me twice shame on me, right? Today I started a timer when I pulled up to the tube chute. 4m42s before the teller even collected the tube. Another 7 min to process a six check deposit. No cash back, straight deposit. That's a total of just under 12 min to deposit six checks. Two minutes per check. I suppose the other option is to go inside and let my toddler destroy their lobby area but I seriously doubt that would be any faster. If there's an award for being slow this branch is certainly in contention for winning it.
