I'm very upset I have never had an issue with the Sam's Club bakery until today. Very disappointed order a cake for today at 10 and instead of them calling me and telling me what go on if there was an issue they proceeded to wait until I came to pick it up. And told me I had to wait For the finish painting the caked and because she didn't understand what she had to do to the cake which was all on the paper that she has. Next time please just give your customers a call
